Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of enbet and all services, features, and content offered through the enbet platform at https://enbet.ws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and enbet ("the Company"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the enbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

enbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

Player Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on enbet, players must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and register using your own true identity. Corporate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active enbet account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an enbet employee or associated partner company.

enbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their enbet account credentials, including their username and password. Players must ensure that their account information is accurate and up to date at all times. The following rules apply to all enbet accounts:

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. enbet bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Players must notify enbet immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• enbet reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior notice will be provided before any dormant account closure.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been completed.
• enbet may suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, manipulation of games, or any other violation of these Terms.

Payment Rules and Processing

All financial transactions on the enbet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. enbet does not impose a maximum single deposit limit but reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account and that has been verified under KYC procedures.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Processing time may be extended during peak periods, public holidays such as Eid, or when additional verification is required.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or mobile wallet provider. enbet does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Deposits credited to an account in error must be reported immediately. enbet reserves the right to reclaim any incorrectly credited funds at any time.

enbet does not accept deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts. All funds transacted on enbet must belong exclusively to the registered account holder. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method will result in transaction reversal and may trigger a full KYC review.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on enbet are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you accept all applicable terms.

enbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on enbet. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with enbet games or the platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the enbet platform for any activity that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Game Rules, RNG and Fair Play

All casino games available on enbet — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealing procedures governed by independent third-party game suppliers. enbet does not own, operate, or modify the game engines provided by its licensed game suppliers, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming among others.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error during any game session, enbet reserves the right to void any affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance. If a technical error results in a game outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, enbet is not obligated to honour any winnings derived from that outcome.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

enbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously. The platform provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost via the account settings section:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) that restrict the total amount a player may deposit within a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the player's account remains active but deposits and betting are temporarily suspended.
• Self-exclusion, which allows a player to permanently or temporarily close their account and block access to the enbet platform for a defined period.
• Reality check reminders that notify players of the time elapsed during a session and prompt a review of gaming activity.

Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, enbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the enbet platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service resulting from technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or circumstances beyond enbet's reasonable control.

enbet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of security vulnerabilities. enbet will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any interruption and to notify players of extended downtime where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to enbet's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the enbet platform that cannot be resolved through enbet's internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. enbet aims to resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt. These Terms, together with enbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and enbet with respect to the use of the platform.
